Returns Eligibility
Because we sell food and grocery items, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Return Process
To request a return:

If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address

Ship the item back securely using tracking
📦 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval or rejection within 5–10 business days

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days

Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund
If your return does not meet our policy requirements, the refund will be denied and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
