We accept payments through Shopify’s approved payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or lost/stolen packages marked as “delivered.”

  • Address accuracy is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is posted separately and applies to all purchases. Due to the nature of food products:

  • Opened or used food items are non-returnable

  • Only unopened, sealed items may be eligible for return within 30 days

  • Proof of purchase is required

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order ships, it is subject to our Return & Refund Policy. We do not guarantee the ability to cancel any order once processing has begun.
