Shipping Policy – Amish Roots Bulk Foods

Thank you for shopping with Amish Roots Bulk Foods. Below you will find important information regarding how your order is processed and shipped.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using trusted U.S. carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery time once shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Food & Temperature Disclaimer

Because we ship food and grocery items:

  • We are not responsible for temperature damage due to weather, seasonal heat/cold, or carrier delays.

  • Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate shipping methods based on their local climate and delivery timeframe.

  • Once an order is shipped, proper storage upon delivery is the customer’s responsibility.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees

  • Refunds (if applicable) will exclude original shipping costs


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as “delivered.”

  • We recommend customers monitor tracking information closely.

  • If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly.

If your package is lost in transit and never marked delivered, contact us at:

We will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the damaged item and packaging

  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at reuben@amishrootsbulk.com

  3. Include your order number and photos

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipping. Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
